On February 25th Singing Holidays is doing a Taster Day in London. It’s a whole day of Singing, Physicality and Breath BodyWork with Temi, Ben, Matt and Alex. Hopefully it will give you a sense of what we do on a full week in Italy and give you a laugh too in equal measure.
The only things that will be different to our regular Italian Singing Holidays will be: the weather, the food, the wine, the glorious scenery, the peace and quiet, the fresh air…etc 
Actually, we’re going to be bringing some of the food & wine with us so we can all have a picnic lunch Umbria style in the centre of the city. Yummy!
The day will be for beginners, half experienced, completely experienced or even professionals and open to previous Singing Holiday makers and total Singing Holiday newbies.

There is plenty of space on the approach to the courtyard at Toynbee Hall for securing bicycles.
By Bus
Number 67 stops on Commercial Street outside Toynbee Studios Numbers 15, 25, 115, 209 & 254 pass the bottom of Commercial Street along Whitechapel High Street Numbers 40, 42, 78 & 100 stop at Aldgate Numbers 8, 26, 35, 43, 47, 48, 78, 149, 242 & 388 stop on Bishopsgate Numbers 11, 23, 42, 133, 141, 214, 271 & 344 terminate outside Liverpool Street Station
By Rail
Toynbee Studios is within walking distance of Liverpool Street (10 mins) and Fenchurch Street (15 mins) mainline rail stations, and Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway station (15 mins).
By Car
Toynbee Studios is outside the congestion charge zone in Central London. Commercial Street is one of the perimeter roads, and cars can use the street without charge. However, parking is limited in the area, and local private car parks can fill up quickly. There is no parking at Toynbee Studios for any users of the building.

SingingWorks is unique music holiday. It is the culmination of 3 skill sets: Singing, Physicality and Breath Bodywork. Matt (an actor who’s recent credits include the character of ‘Joey’ in the critically acclaimed West End production of War Horse), Témi (British Wheel of Yoga teacher and singer) and Alex (singer, singing teacher and director) met 20 years ago at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and have since collaborated on many projects both within education and production.

Former conductor of the London Chorus and the London Philharmonia Chorus, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and energy to this holiday week.
